NOTE: The Fraudsters Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / OverZold.com / IwStack.com actually posted posts with Smiley Faces Icons at WebHostingTalk.com as to their sentiments about stealing our databases and denying us access / the opportunity to back-up our databases (https://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=9371848&postcount=3) , never trust your company's data to these Fraudsters, they will steal your databases and then crack your MySQL database passwords to gather the EMail addresses of your company's customers to send them hosting offers, in addtion to sharing that stolen data with their group of Henchmen listed above.

Here's how it works:
1.) The web hosting company, in this case Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com advertises on WebHostingTalk.com to build up a fake credibility of their web hosting company by posting post soliciting business on WebHostingTalk.com, to this date Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com have 361 posts of this nature on WebHostingTalk.com , by any standard would be considered Spam Posts on any other Forum, but obviously Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com is paying WebHostingTalk.com advertising in some form of kickback, etc..
2.) After creating the false credibility on WebHostingTalk.com , the web hosting company in this case Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com goes after their real target by posting even more hosting ad offers but this time at a really reduced rate on LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com , the reduced rate and additional pumped reviews by Reviews.Myhken.com is to sucker you in, hook, line and sinker.
3.) This is how I was suckered into this ploy in that I found Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com on LowEndBox.com 's website where they advertised LowEnd VPS's - Virtual Private Servers.
4.) This is how smooth the SCAM goes, Un-Beknowest to me I did not even know that LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com / WebHostingTalk.com / Reviews.Myhken.com was party to this scam until later in the SCAM.
5.) I wake up to an EMail Notice from Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com notifying me that my account has been suspended, no warning, no previous contact, no email sent to me no nothing, just suspended, downtime, websites down, customers can't reach me, prospective sales being lost.
6.) I contact Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com and ask why has my account been suspended, no answer, simply ignored !, I knew this to be an ignore because It was 12:00 noon in Italy where they are located and I checked previously tickets previously tickets response rate time. This is the regard that Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com has for their customers that have paid them for over 2-Years faithfully with punctuality on-time every time, they will simply ignore your tickets after they suspend your account.
7.) After being ignored with no access to my account of which I had entrusted to them, and I want to be clear on this point, at some point along the line this host Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com has forgotten or blantely chosen to ignore the fact that when a company host their website with their hosting company that trust is being bestowed upon them to manage their client's "data" in an orderly and safe manner, not to play games or try and hold your data hostage !, thus I responded with an Email to Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com accusing them of such !, basically I told them in the correspondence that I wanted no fight with them and to simply give me ACCESS to my account to allow me to backup my data and I would be on my merry way.
8.) Now get this, not less than 5-Minutes of sending Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com the email of holding my data hostage and telling them that I would contact their advertising source where I found them (LowEndbox.com), they responded, the same company that had been ignoring me all morning responds saying "Now your account is not Suspended, Now it's Terminated", not giving me a chance to back my data up or anything, simply abruptly TERMINATED my account. Now I'm not new to being on-line, but from my close to 30-Years of experience of being on line in instances such as this the norm is that if there is a problem the host will contact the EndUser and notify them of the problem before even suspending their account, much less than TERMINATE the customer's account !, again in my 30-Years of experience if the relationship between host and client customer breaks down a reputable host will even offer the customer a chance like a one hour window to backup their account and / or the host themselves will prepare a backup for the client customer, keyword there being "REPUTABLE" !, of which Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com is NOT, actually anything but, horrible and dishonest would be more appropriate words.
9.) Astonished and sitting there in pure DISBELIEF, not believing that I had paid this company for over 2-Years straight could not believe that this company Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com that I'd entrusted with hosting my websites and my databases had now TERMINATED my account without giving me a change to do a final backup. First though that crosses my mind is where did I find this company, I found them at LowEndBox.com where they were advertising cheap VPS's - Virtual Private Servers and I thought I should report them to LowEndBox.com .
10.) Then a better thought came to mind to report them not only to LowEndBox.com but to report Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com to the Social Web Hosting Forum WebHostingTalk.com , my intentions was to let the Internet Community and particularly those seeking Web Hosting to know of the horrible practices of Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com !
11.) Well that was my intentions, but strangely enough from out of the woodwork came all of the WebHostingTalk.com "Premium" Members and even the WebHostingTalk.com Forum Moderator accusing me of having to have done something wrong before even hearing the facts of what Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.comPrometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com had so blatantly done to me in Terminating my account without giving me a chance to backup my data, hell, even Reviews.Myhken.com another false Reviews Company and the Owner or Moderator of LowEndBox of where I originally found Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com also came out of nowhere in his own words threatening me to "Rip me a New One" see links below:

The one that really gets me is where the owner or moderator of LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com where I found Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com tells me that I really should open a thread there on LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com where he would be sure that I could air my Grievance where I would be heard fairly, then in a few more posts after I thanked him, he posts again saying that I misunderstood him and that he was only trying to draw me to post a thread on LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com whereas he could "Rip Me a New One", then he goes on to say in the last post of the thread that "There is not enough But-Hurt for me", and to think that LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com is who I thought at first that I could report the malicious behavior of this company Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com, see links below:

What should be gathered from the LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com owner or moderator's comments ?, simple, don't place much trust in LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com reviews of hosting companies they advertise on LowEndBox.com / LowEndTak.com, it's all pumped-up.
13.) By "Pumped-Up" I'm referring to a "PUMP & DUMP" Scam, as in any Pump & Dump Scam there are winners and victims, in this case of the Pump & Dump Scam is LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com, WebHostingTalk.com and Reviews.Myhken.com all Pumping up the company Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com , then after they have hooked you into purchasing one of their LowEndBoxes (VPS-Virtual Private Server Boxes) they watch the activity / traffic of your business. When they are of the opinion that your business is growing with sufficient clientele, that is when they will dump you for no reason, sure they have their own reasons that the average person will never even think to investigate.
14.) It's all about Advertising Dollars, the hosting company pays WebHostingTalk.com and LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com to gain customers, or they subscribe to WebHostingTalk.com 's premium or Corporate Membership which basically from what I've experience guarantees SUPPORT in the form of weather if you are right, wrong or indifferent in your decisions made as a WebHosting Company as for an example of what Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com has done to me in denying me access to my databases, that when your disgruntled customers arrives at either WebHostingTalk.com and / or LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com that you are guaranteed support in your favor from other members of those sites and the moderators / owners, in short, a big SCAM, with the poor customer falling victim to these thieves / Fraudsters, appears that LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com are not only Low in Boxes and Talk, but also Low in their Moral Values.
15.) As previously mention Advertising Dollars is what it's all about, of which can come in two forms, as we have discussed outright paying for Advertising between their companies, which appear to be separate companies, but function more like a group in that when you arrive at LowEndTalk.com / LowEndBox.com or WebHostingTalk.com you will experience the WolfPack Group Mentallity of which I'm explaining, be warned !
16.) These companies also gain Advertising Dollars in the form of simply stealing your databases, notice that as of yet I've received access to my data, that's because the truth of the matter is that these companies have hi-jacked my DataBases. Why would they do this you might ask ?, simple because a MySQL database is one of the most easiest databases to crack and steal all the customers addresses, thus add to all their Marketing List potential hosting clients, these rouge companies Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com, WebHostingTalk.com and LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com know that if you are on-line that nine times out of ten that your customers in your databases are also on-line in some form or fashion, therefore your databases that you host with them are prime targets to add to their client lists.
17.) When they steal your databases and not give you access to your data they know that at that moment is the time to extract your clients EMail Addresses from your stolen databases and contact them with WebHosting Offers, how do I know this ?, because immediately after they stole my databases and denied me access to my data with in 30-Minutes I received an Hosting Offer to my EMail address I had on file with Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com offering me Hosting Services in what appeared to be another company, http://misterhost.net , another German company http://misterhost.de masquerading in english, but obviously it was from this same group of rouge companies that had put me in this situation to start with, they steal your databases you host with them and then send out hosting offers to all your client lists, be sure that they also share the stolen databases lists amongst each other, Prometeus.net / IperWeb.com / IperWeb.biz / OverZold.com / IwStack.com, LowEndBox.com / LowEndTalk.com, WebHostingTalk.com, Reviews.Myhken.com and CritiHost.com.
BE CAREFUL, STAY AWAY, DO NOT TRUST ANY REVIEWS OR OFFERS FROM THESE COMPANIES,
THEY ONLY WANT TO ROB AND STEAL YOUR DATABASE INFORMATION WHAT OTHER
